Check-in and check-out

Check-in at Grand Hotel Valies is available from 3.00 pm.

Check-out is available until 11.00 am on the day of departure.

A deposit may be requested upon check-in. For larger cash payments, we reserve the right to make a copy of your ID.

Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00. During these hours, our staff are happy to assist you, answer your questions and provide information about the hotel, tips on the local area and advice on transport. After 23:00, please contact our night porter, who is also available to help you.

Private car park with 10 electric charging points

You can park your car safely in the secure, underground car park at Grand Hotel Valies.

Parking costs €19.50 per car per day.

We kindly ask you to reserve a parking space in advance so that we can guarantee availability.

In our car park, we have 10 charging points for hybrid and electric vehicles. These charging points can only be reserved via our reception.

In addition, the hotel offers an indoor bicycle storage facility, where you can safely store your (electric) bicycle and charge it free of charge.

Directly opposite the hotel entrance, there is also a Q-Park public car park, as an alternative parking option.

Children’s play area

This family-friendly hotel offers around 200 m² of children’s entertainment, computer games and a small children’s cinema. Suitable for children aged 4 to 14.

As a guest of Grand Hotel Valies, you may use this specially equipped area free of charge.

Please note! There is no supervision, so use is at your own risk.

This area is not available for children’s parties.

Would you like to stay active during your stay? In our modern fitness room, you can work on your fitness and strength at your own pace. The room is equipped with various professional Life Fitness machines, suitable for both cardio and strength training.

The fitness room is freely accessible and free to use for all guests of Grand Hotel Valies. This allows you to effortlessly combine relaxation and exercise during your stay.

Dogs at the hotel

Your dog is very welcome at our hotel.

We kindly ask you to let reception know in advance that you will be bringing your dog, so that we can make the necessary arrangements during your stay.

We charge €17.50 per dog per night for your dog’s stay.

Would you like to have breakfast with your dog? You are welcome to take a seat in our Lounge to enjoy your breakfast in peace. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant during breakfast.
